October Recap + November Plans & TBR

October wasn't as busy as usual! Normally we have SO MANY ACTIVITIES planned. Not this year, we did a lot but it wasn't like all day things. We didn't even get to do our spooky day like we normally do!

We hung out with friends, found out the gender of June's Godparent's baby, met Buc-ee, dressed up, watched a lot of movies, went to the pumpkin patch, went swimming (Yes! In October), even had a readathon!

Here are some of my favorite pics of October.

November TBR:
I really did not feel like putting each individual book cover here...

November movies to watch:
I am trying really hard to expand my movie watching, I usually stick to horror but have found I'm starting to really enjoy other movies too.
My husband and I are also watching all the MCU movies in chronological order because I haven't seen most of them. So adding that in.
Me and Finn are also watching all the Disney live action movies and comparing them to their cartoon version. I messed up a few times and added some that aren't... direct remakes. But I'm too tired to try to fix it, so it is what it is lol. So here is every movie we're going to *try* to watch in November in order. Yes this took me about two hours to make the list.

November events and plans:
Besides Thanksgiving we have quite a few things going on in November. Mostly birthday parties! There's quite a few this month!
We will also be Christmas decorating within the next week or so and I am STOKED to see how June reacts to the decor this year.
For Thanksgiving I actually have friends coming this year, hopefully! And then we'll be going to my grandparents like every year. We haven't seen them since May and Juniper has grown quite a bit since then.

  1. You watched 49 movies in October?!?! How??? LOL. Swimming in October doesn't surprise me - the weather has been unusually warm here in Italy as well.

Glad to see McGuire's books made your favourite list! And I see you have Bad Creek lined up to read - I did enjoy it, though I can't say I loved it.

I hope you'll feel better this month and you'll get to bring all your plans to fruition!

  7. You've watched 49 movies in a month? Wow. I don't watch horror so I didn't watch your favorites. I did watch most of those disney movies and a few live action versions - those aren't that great though the Cinderella live action was pretty good.

Thanks for dropping by my blog. Have a lovely day.

  13. where do you find time to read so many books if you watch so many movies??
I read a lot (less than you though), but I don't watch TV/movies, and I don't have kids

  14. Such cute pictures! I've been meaning to watch The Menu because I've heard such good things. I just never find the time to watch movies, even when I have an excuse like spooky season! Maybe next year...
