Weekly Wrap Up: October 12th-18th
Life Stuff:
Not going to lie, I don't remember this week much! I am SO TIRED.
We basically just did school, chilled, etc this week.
Then Friday me and Finn had a scary movie marathon, we watched Urban Legends, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Heart Eyes, and we started My Bloody Valentine but we didn't get far.
Then that evening we went to get sushi and went to Walmart to get stuff for the weekend. After that me and John finished our game we were playing together (It takes two!) and started playing Portal 2. I tell you what, you want a game to make you feel bad about yourself, play that one lol.
Saturday morning we woke up early, we started the readathon and me and Finny played Roblox for a while!
Then we went to Sweet Eats Farm and spent like 5 hours there in the pumpkin patch, petting animals, watching shows about animals and fire dancing (Separately, not together), corn mazes and hay rides! It was a lot of fun but I am HELLA exhausted.

I tried to read when we got home, that didn't work out and I went to be at like 10:30 PM lol. So I did not get to finish the readathon. Bummed but we had fun.
Coming up this week:
I have a photoshoot tonight and then we're doing a movie night tonight. Finn wants to watch Krampus but we keep telling him we'll save that for Christmas. So I think we'll Watch Hell of a Summer instead.
Other than that maybe we'll do some sort of family night on Friday or Saturday or something and I think Wednesday we might go see the new Black Phone. We like movies, can you tell?
Finn/June learned:
Finn is focusing on online school (So he's mostly doing it on his own) and we did a lot of journaling this week.
June is learning all about colors, shapes, letters, numbers, body parts, and emotions!

Oh nice! Yeah, I was pretty busy myself this weekend and didn't get any reading done either. Didn't know there was a readathon going on, but I was driving all day yesterday for a roadtrip book signing. So yeah, I was wiped! Lol.
ReplyDeleteOh nice movie lineups! LOOOVE those Scooby Doo movies! Scooby was always my favorite as a kid and I thought these movies were excellent! Monster House was cute and a little creepy but still fun! Didn't see the rest as other than Frankenweenie, the rest would give me nightmares! Lol.
Nice book lineup too! I still need to read Black Sheep from Harrison's list and I am sooooo utterly behind on Kelley Armstrong's books! I did read this first book for this series and loved it, but think I still need to read the latest 2 to be "caught up" for this series alone. I might need to spend 2026 catching up on her books alone! Lol.
